Diversity

What does 'Neurodiversity' mean anyway?

Neurodiversity is the idea that differences in how our brains work are normal, biological variations. Just as there is diversity in hair colour—red, blonde, or brown—there are different "brain types." This includes Autistic, ADHD, and neurotypical brains, among many others.

What makes us a Neurodiversity-Affirming practice?

Being a neurodiversity-affirming practice means we celebrate the strengths and understand the challenges that come with being neurodivergent. Our clinicians will never try to change who you are or impose neurotypical norms. Instead, we're here to support you in living your most authentic and fulfilling life.
